Dividend Reinvestment and Share Purchase Plan
Rockpoint's Dividend Reinvestment and Share Purchase Plan (the “Plan”) allows eligible holders of class A common shares ("Class A Shares") to automatically reinvest all or a portion of their cash dividends into additional Class A Shares. Participants may also make optional cash purchases of additional Class A Shares through the Plan.

Shares Purchase
